For more than a decade we have looked after villas, yachts and the lives lived around them - across the whole of Mallorca, in seven languages, with the same hands week after week.

Some houses are kept. Others are looked after.
Mallorca rewards patience. The light, the seasons, the slow rhythm of the island all reward those who do not rush. Our work follows that rhythm. We arrive on schedule. We know the house. We know the people who keep it together - the gardener, the pool engineer, the marble polisher, the local notary, the surveyor down the coast - and we keep them coordinated on your behalf.
For more than a decade we have looked after a small number of households across the island. Most of our clients have been with us from the beginning. New introductions come, more often than not, through them.
We are not the largest. We do not wish to be. The right number of clients is the number we can know - by their first names, by their preferences, by the way they like the coffee on the morning of their arrival.

N° 04 - A note from the founder
We learn one household well, and then we look after it for years.
Viktoria Vanyi has lived on Mallorca for twenty years. She arrived from Hungary with a few words of Spanish and no introductions, and she began on the docks - cleaning the interiors of private yachts in the harbour, one vessel at a time. What followed was unplanned. Owners noticed the work. They asked for her by name when they returned to the island, and one quietly introduced her to another. Within a few seasons the work had moved off the water and into the houses behind it: a villa here, a renovation there, the Spanish paperwork an owner had no time and no language to handle. Two decades later, Prestige Property Services is that same promise - a single trusted contact for the running of a home - kept now by a small team that Viktoria has personally trained, and that she still oversees by hand.
