Prestige Property Services provides high-end property management services in Mallorca, including but not limited to home and pool maintenance, landscaping, concierge services, vehicle care, and administrative support.

3. Scope of Services

4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information for service delivery
Ensure access to the property as required
Treat staff and representatives respectfully
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
6. Payments
Payments must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon in your service contract. We accept Bank transfers, credit card payments, and cash. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any damages caused by client-provided instructions or third-party contractors not under our control
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—including logos, text, photos, and service descriptions—is the property of Prestige Property Services or licensed for use. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without prior written consent.
